4. A pop-up form will appear. Enter your old NBI number, your mobile number, full name, and date of birth. 
5. Press the confirm button, and the process will continue.

7.  Payment can be made through cash, a credit card, or another method. There are several ways to pay for the renewal fee, such as over-the-counter banking, online banking, mobile money transfers, ECPay, Bayad Centre, and MultiPay. 
8. Next, select your mode of delivery. There are three options available for delivery which include, home delivery service, self-collection, and collection from the Lalamove or Grab delivery services. For those who choose the courier delivery service, they will pay the service charges along with the renewal fee.
9. Always await an SMS notification that contains your application reference number.
10.  Lastly, wait for the release of your newest NBI Clearance. 

Note: If your application does not receive a hit, your renewed clearance is expected to reach you in three to seven business days and is only applicable to applicants residing in Metro Manila or Luzon. However, for the residents of the Visayas and Mindanao regions, it may take time from 7 to 10 working days for any NBI clearance to be processed.
